Downtown Durham’s new Liberty & Plenty distillery (609 Foster Street) will produce vodkas, whiskies, rums, and gins. First up — a blended mature bourbon, followed by a rye whiskey. A vodka made from neutral grain spirit and a gin will soon follow.
