New reimbursement codes are not expected to be needed with cPAX embolization devices, as existing intracranial aneurysm (IA) coiling procedure codes will be applicable to cPAX. cPAX can: Reduce inventory requirements in that only two (2) SKUs are anticipated for the cPAX embolization devices that will cover treatment of aneurysms - one SKU for aneurysms that are 3-7mm in size, and another SKU for aneurysms 8mm and larger.
