Leonardo DRS’s Multi-Mission Hemispheric Radar (MHR) is a
cutting-edge, software-defined 4D AESA pulse-Doppler radar platform that can
host a variety of operational missions. It provides full hemispheric protection for the maneuver
force by improving active defense capabilities and real-time situational
awareness on the battlefield. Whether stationary or on-the-move, the MHR has
the power to support warfighters across a broad spectrum of missions. The MHR’s versatility and superior SWaP-C make it a critical
addition to your force at an unprecedented price.
Available in two configurations; Standard (IWS) or Long-Range (IWS-LR) for advanced missions, the IWS is constructed to function as a night vision system when mounted in front of a day vision optic (DVO) sight on a wide variety of qualified weapons. It is uniquely designed as a cost-effective, high-performance, and portable solution.
IWS Clip-On FeatureThe clip-on functionality eliminates the need for re-bore sighting as the DVO accuracy is undisturbed. Also, the IWS design allows the sights to be used as a stand-alone thermal weapon sight (TWS) without a DVO and as a hand-held thermal imager.
As the sole source battle management system supplier to the U.S. Army and the U.K. MoD, Leonardo DRS has delivered more than 200,000 systems built to survive harsh environments and rigorous military standards.
