TRV-MANUS Optical Sniper Detection system is a monocular surveillance equipment designed to detect sniper optic sights hidden in the terrain. The device can be used on a lightweight portable tripod for enhanced performance. The device can also be used as surveillance equipment thanks to its 10x optical zoom low light sensor. The device has all standard sensors to measure the range and target coordinates by using its laser range finder, GPS, inclinometer and digital magnetic compass. The unit can detect sniper optics with large field detection field of view such as 20 degree on azimuth & 15 degree on elevation.

There is no reticle and sight zeroing device on the Thermal Scope, and the reticle and sight zeroing capabilities of the daytime optical scope are utilized.
