The Austrian Embassy in Mexico is concurrent for Mexico, as well as for the Central American countries of Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua.

Furthermore, the Honorary Consulates in Belize (Belize City), Costa Rica (San José), El Salvador (San Salvador), Guatemala (Guatemala City), Honduras (Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula), Mexico (Cancún, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Tijuana), and Nicaragua (Managua) support the Austrian Embassy in Mexico in its consular work.
