2021 - Pioneer Industries receives a Boeing Supply Chain Performance Achievement. The Boeing Company issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior performance. Only 183 suppliers out of 12,000 received the recognition.
2021 - Pioneer Industries was selected as a "Premier Bidder" by Boeing, an exclusive recognition status for select manufacturers' demonstrating consistent excellence in quality, delivery and business performance.

Pioneer Food Services operates five high-quality commercial kitchens across the state of Washington. We operate our own kitchens and in-house kitchens for customers that provide fully-cooked meals.

Pioneer Human Services is a nonprofit social enterprise that has been serving people involved in the legal system in Washington state since 1963. We address serious societal challenges, from the long-lasting trauma of incarceration to institutionalized problems stemming from racism and classism. By giving justice-involved individuals a place to live, access to behavioral health care and stable employment, we seek to reduce and make life-changing impacts on the deep social problems that often stem from a lack of opportunity. Moreover, their improved quality of life has a ripple effect that impacts their family, friends, neighbors and the broader community.
Today, we have over 50 programs across Washington state that provide counseling and treatment, diversion services, affordable housing and job-readiness training.

We also operate a diverse line of businesses to include aerospace manufacturing, construction services and food services that provide on-the-job training and work experience for the people we serve, while generating revenue that helps fund our social mission.
