We are an independent, European technology innovator operating across the maritime domain – from coastlines to the deep ocean. We create extraordinary ideas in areas of unexplored opportunity with one ambition. To be synonymous with smart, sustainable, and transformative ocean technology.

Our four companies – Gabler, Develogic, north.io and SubCtech - design, manufacture, sell, and support products that are leading the charge in transforming undersea capabilities to better serve humanity and protect our maritime resources. Sustainability of our blue planet is our group’s true north, guiding us in everything we do. It remains the ultimate measure of our success and achievements.

Our greatest strength lies in the depth and breadth of talent within our operating companies, which span defence, commercial, offshore energy, science and security. When we combine our expertise through shared knowledge and a common purpose, the results are extraordinary.
