PAR Industrial Solutions Inc. is a company based in Houston, Texas, established in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It was founded after the closure of the PECO plant in Querétaro, Mexico, with the objective of continuing to serve the industrial needs of the region.

Through its subsidiary PARMEX Filtración y Soluciones Industriales SA de CV, it offers dedicated customer service in Mexico.

As a holding company, PAR has more than 260 employees in the United States, Mexico and Latin America.
