Hydraulic Top Bracing

Hydraulic top bracing is an attenuation device installed between the main engine and the hull of the ship to reduce thermal expansion and vibration from the main engine to natural frequencies. The operating principle is an automatic control operating system through in/out and on/off the operating range of the hydraulic top bracing according to the rpm of the main engine.
The number of hydraulic cylinders per engine is typically 2, 4, 6 depending on the type of engine, up to 8 are installed if necessary, and 1~2 of control panels are installed.

Fuel Valve Test Device

This product is a test-rig to test the injection and function of various fuel (diesel oil, gas) objects of the main engine. This product model is made from slide fuel valve types of traditional diesel engines to latest dual fuel gas engines GI, GI, LGIP, LGIM/X-DFM, and ammonia fuel valve engines LGIA and X-DFA types, and we are directly doing everything from design to production.
In accordance with the maintenance regulations recommended by Everllence and WIN GD, it is a product that tests the normal functionality of fuel injectors of main engine after disassembling, cleaning and reassembling of fuel injection valves.

This hydraulic tool package product is an ultra-high-pressure tool product used to assemble and disassemble major parts that make up the engine, and has been supplied to domestic and overseas engine customers since our foundation. The composition consists of a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic jack, a hydraulic hose, and a coupler, and supplies one package per ship. The product model can be selected according to the required pressure for each engine type and model.

Sealing Oil Unit(SOU)

This unit(SOU) supplies sealing oil to prevent mixing of hydraulic oil and liquefied methanol gas inside of FBIV(Fuel Booster Injection Valve) when the main engine operates.
SOU is divided into large bore main engine(60 bore over) and small bore main engine(50 bore below) type by the number of membrane accumulator. The main components consist of an oil tank, an electric motor, a hydraulic gear pump, an oil filter, a control block, accumulators, and various senses, transmitters and indicators.
