Founded in 2019, TransEON’s mission is to revolutionize GaN technology.
We’re a startup based in Edmonton, Canada keen to change the way people think about GaN. We’ve built a fab line capable of rapid prototyping of cutting-edge devices down to 40 nm gate length, allowing us to push the envelop of performance over the competition.
Whether it’s enhancing existing applications or unlocking emerging GaN use-cases such as 5G and 6G cellular, high-speed satcom, or electric vehicles, our aim is to create as much value for our customers as possible.
